# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The smoky BBQ sauce and melted cheese create that perfect restaurant style flavor right at home
  • Leftover chicken transforms into something completely new and exciting
  • Customize the toppings based on whatever vegetables are languishing in your crisper drawer
02 -
  • Let the dough relax at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, otherwise it will snap back when you try to stretch it
  • Do not overload the pizza with toppings or the crust will not cook through properly
  • A hot oven is non negotiable. If your oven runs cool, give it extra time.
03 -
  • Grill the pizza for 2 to 3 minutes after baking to add even more smoky flavor
  • Precook the vegetables slightly if you prefer them softer
