01 - Preheat your oven to 465°F or as high as it will go. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
02 - In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
03 - Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 6 to 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
04 - Roll out the dough into a large heart shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a floured pizza peel.
05 - Mix tomato passata with oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
06 - Sprinkle mozzarella over the sauce. Arrange halal pepperoni slices in a decorative pattern.
07 - Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, slice, and serve hot.
