# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The dressing comes together in minutes but tastes like something from a fancy restaurant
  • Fresh herbs make even ordinary greens feel like a special occasion
  • It keeps for days in the fridge, so you can enjoy it all week
02 -
  • The dressing needs at least thirty minutes in the fridge to let all those herb flavors become friends
  • Over-blending can turn the herbs bitter, so pulse just until combined
  • This dressing keeps beautifully for four or five days, actually tasting better on day two
03 -
  • Wash and dry your herbs really well before blending, or the dressing will be watery
  • If the dressing seems too thick, thin it with a teaspoon of water at a time
