# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The way the cheeses create this impossible silkiness that still clings to your bread
  • It transforms humble canned artichokes into something that feels decadent and special
  • Leftovers reheat surprisingly well, if they somehow survive the first night
02 -
  • Squeezing thawed frozen spinach until your hands hurt is worth it—excess water will make the dip separate and sad
  • Letting the dip rest for 5 minutes after baking prevents that first bite from burning the roof of your mouth
  • A shallow baking dish creates more golden surface area than a deep one, and thats where the magic happens
03 -
  • Mixing freshly grated Parmesan with the pre-shredded kind gives you the best of both worlds—flavor and convenience
  • Position your oven rack in the upper third during the last 5 minutes for an extra golden, slightly crisped top
