01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese for 1 to 2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
03 - Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, then stir until evenly combined.
04 - Using a spoon, drop small even mounds of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking tray, flattening them gently into circles about 2 inches wide. Leave space between each chip to allow for spreading.
05 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crisp around the edges.
06 - Let the chips cool on the tray for at least 10 minutes to become fully crisp. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
