03 - Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth; alternatively, melt over simmering water.
04 - Dip each marshmallow halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
05 - Immediately sprinkle with assorted sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
06 - Place dipped marshmallows on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Allow chocolate to set at room temperature for about 15 minutes or refrigerate for 5 minutes to speed the process.
08 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
