# Directions:

04 - Top with the remaining bread slices, spread-side down, to create sandwiches.
05 - Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
06 - Place the sandwiches in the pan (in batches if needed). Press lightly and cook for about 3–4 minutes per side, adding more butter if necessary, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
