01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, softened cream cheese, and chopped chives.
03 - Flatten each piece of biscuit or pizza dough into a 3-inch round.
04 - Add 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture and 1 mozzarella ball to the center of each dough circle.
05 - Gather and pinch the dough securely around the filling and form into a smooth ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush the surface of each bomb with the butter mixture using a pastry brush.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm, accompanied by ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce if desired.
